About Max

With over 20 years in heavy equipment and mining operations, Max built his career maintaining and rebuilding some of the toughest machinery in Canada. As a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician, Max's Career seen him grow into a Supertintendent of Maintenace,  he led a large team focused on complete rebuilds, site prep, logistics, and quality control.

Safety and precision have always been central to his work. Max is a Laser Safety Officer, Train-the-Trainer certified, Working at Heights certified, and Advanced Mine Rescue trained, with experience as a volunteer firefighter. These roles shaped his approach to every project: plan safely, work cleanly, and protect people and equipment at every step.

After decades in the field, Max recognized a gap in the industry , the need for an environmentally responsible and non-destructive alternative to traditional cleaning and surface prep methods like sand blasting, grinding and or chemicals. That realization led to the creation of Laser Beam Restorations, where he combines advanced laser technology with his deep mechanical knowledge to restore and prepare surfaces faster, safer, and with zero secondary waste.

Today, Max helps clients across Ontario, from industrial and commercial operations to residential restoration projects achieve;  cleaner, longer-lasting results while minimizing downtime and environmental impact. Whether he’s behind the laser, training operators, or consulting on equipment programs, his mission remains the same: to make restoration smarter, safer, and sustainable.
